You will prepare the operating room, set up instruments, and support the surgical team throughout procedures. The role requires accurate documentation and familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. To qualify, you need a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a surgical technology program or accredited LVN/LPN program, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Two or more years of operating room experience are preferred. Recommended skills include proficiency in scrubbing multiple specialty areas, strong teamwork, and adaptability.
