How You’ll Make an Impact Primarily focused on providing communication project consultancy and implementation guidance for assigned client accounts. You will service client accounts through day‑to‑day account, project, and stakeholder management, best‑practice advisement, and coordination of production resources. Key responsibilities include ownership and coordination of client projects, budget management, tactical consulting and problem solving, and developing/maintaining essential relationships, both internal and external. You will be accountable for the day‑to‑day quality, timeliness, and overall standard of all project work produced for assigned clients. Manage all stages of a project (briefings, checking drafts, implementing amendments, proofreading, print management, spot checking when required) to ensure the project is delivered on specification and to the highest quality. You may provide guidance to lower level staff, but have no formal supervisory responsibility. About You Required : Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience. Proven project management capability and experience. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and computing skills, creative and technical copywriting and copy‑editing, and experience in proofreading. Preferred : Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) as required to maintain and enhance your knowledge and skills. Behaviors : Service oriented. Excellent organization skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and develop workable solutions. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, line of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
