Finance & Operations Analyst

A Family Office is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Finance & Operations Analyst. Responsibilities: Perform day-to-day accounting and financial operations, including transaction processing and monthly bank and credit card reconciliations Maintain accurate books and records within QuickBooks Enterprise Prepare investment subscription documentation and assist with ongoing KYC and investor documentation requirements Monitor third-party investment portals and retrieve statements, capital calls, distribution notices, and other investment-related documentation Process investment capital calls, distributions, and other fund movements within internal systems Maintain and update investment schedules, workpapers, and supporting documentation Organize and maintain financial records within the firm’s electronic file management system Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely completion of accounting and investment-related requests Assist with research, project management, and various operational and financial projects Provide support for additional projects and ad hoc requests as needed Qualifications: Strong understanding of accounting principles and investment terminology Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise required 3+ years of relevant experience High proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong interpersonal and client service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to perform effectively in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining high standards of quality #J-18808-Ljbffr
