Job Summary

We are seeking Summer Assistant Managers to work from the months of May to September in various outdoor pools and splash pads throughout Loudoun County. As a member of the leadership team, you will assist in enforcing rules, regulations, procedures, and operations. A successful candidate will have leadership experience, a strong focus on customer service, and attention to detail to assist with administrative duties. Flexible availability is needed from May 2026 to September 2026. Work schedule varies and will include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications

Completion of 11th grade; One (1) year experience in overseeing aquatic or pool operations including six (6) months in a leadership role. Red Cross Lifeguard and CPR/First Aid certification. Loudoun County approved pool operator's license. Valid driver's license. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Related degree or certification in Parks and Recreation, Environmental Education and/or Natural Resources.

Job Contingencies and Special Requirements

Must undergo credit, DMV, and criminal background checks.
