Summer 2027 Customer Engagement Marketing, Technology, and Enablement Intern

We are seeking motivated Corporate Marketing & Programs Interns with a passion for storytelling, digital strategy, AI and data-driven marketing. The ideal candidate brings academic knowledge and practical experience in marketing, digital media, and project coordination with a strong interest in leveraging technology, data, and modern tools to enhance business outcomes. As a FedEx Intern, you will be working on projects gaining you valuable, real-world experience in a professional environment as it relates to your field of study. Job Description Essential Functions Interns will learn about all aspects of marketing and program work Our interns work on real-world projects that range from developing new products and managing corporate initiatives to designing content to promote the FedEx brand. Degree: Currently enrolled in aBachelor’s degree program such as Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, User Experience & Interaction Design, Master of Design, Anthropology, Design Methods, Creative Design, Human Computer Interaction, Advertising, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Product Management, Sports Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Communications or other related major. Minimum experience No experience required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to work productively and proactively, both independently and as a part of a team. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Demonstrates interpersonal communication skills. Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals. Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with across business units and to all levels of management. Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: Pay: Salary is $25/hour for undergraduates and $30/hour for graduates. A $2,000 stipend is available for those relocating over 50 miles for an on-site or hybrid internship or co-op experience.
