RN Pre-Service Authorization

Essentia Health is seeking an RN Pre-Service Authorization specialist to coordinate and secure medical authorizations prior to service. In this role, you will review clinical documentation, apply payer guidelines, and collaborate with providers, schedulers, and insurers to ensure timely approvals and reduce denials. You’ll educate patients on coverage, support quality and compliance initiatives, and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered experience in a collaborative, innovative healthcare team focused on holistic care and community well-being.
