Compensation and Schedule RN – Full-time, onsite, $37-$45 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Join a great team! Qualifications 3+ years of recent nursing experience required Recent endocrinology or infectious disease experience preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Current Arizona RN license required AHA BCLS certification required BSN preferred Associate degree in nursing required Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen Responsibilities Coordinate daily clinical operations Maintain regulatory compliance and a safe work environment Maintain patient-focused care as measured by patient satisfaction surveys Assure all clinical personnel are working within their scope of practice Provide leadership in coordination of care Direct a team to assist with procedures, monitor patients, and provide appropriate follow-up care Coordinate the care of patients through appropriate triage Coordinate open access, test verification and follow-up systems, referrals and appropriate documentation Collaborate with staff, families, residents and physicians regarding patient needs and actively participate in process improvement Develop and monitor patient education materials Assist Medical Director and Manager to improve clinical efficiencies by enhancing customer service and implementing employee retention strategies Provide comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient About the Company This well-known and successful healthcare system has remained a symbol of quality for nearly 40 years.
