Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room - Travel/Contract - Local Candidates Accepted!

Registered Nurse (RN) operating room travel assignment in Greensboro, North Carolina for 13 weeks. Provide comprehensive nursing care during surgical procedures, collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists, and maintain accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the operating room, adhering to facility protocols and safety standards.

  2. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless surgical procedures.

  3. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient statuses, procedures, and interventions.

  4. Execute pre‑operative and post‑operative assessments to monitor patient recovery and address any complications.

  5. Support the onboarding and orientation of new staff, ensuring adherence to unit policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Valid nursing degree from an accredited institution.

  • Current CPR, ACLS, and BLS certifications.

  • Minimum of 1 year operating room nursing experience.

  • Valid Nursys/State Nursing License.

  • Ability to pass a background check.

  • Excellent communication skills.
