Role Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and manage neurological disorders within your subspecialty, including general neurological conditions (e.g., headaches, neuropathy, seizures), movement disorders (e.g., Parkinson’s disease, dystonia, essential tremor), autoimmune neurological conditions (e.g., multiple sclerosis, neuromyelitis Optica), neuro‑ophthalmic disorders (e.g., optic neuritis, idiopathic intracranial hypertension), acute inpatient neurological conditions (e.g., stroke, epilepsy, encephalopathy), cognitive and behavioral disorders (e.g., Alzheimer’s disease, frontotemporal dementia), and neurological malignancies (e.g., brain tumors, paraneoplastic syndromes).
