Salary: $22-$23 Production Coordinator / Scheduler East Metro$23/HR
Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Evaluation to Hire Position Summary Express Employment Professionals looking for a highly organized Production Coordinator / Scheduler who enjoys working with data, spreadsheets, and scheduling systems . This role supports millwright operations by maintaining accurate production schedules and customer order data . Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy . Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update color-coded production scheduling spreadsheets
- Manage and move production data across multiple spreadsheet systems
- Update and maintain 3-4 customer production databases
- Track production orders and shipping timelines
- Communicate schedule updates with customers and internal teams
- Deliver professional written and verbal communication
- Maintain focus and quickly return to tasks after interruptions
- Strong experience with Excel or spreadsheet management
- Excellent organizational and data accuracy skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple data sources and deadlines
