Creates loyalty among valued customers by building lasting relationships and effectively utilizing marketing techniques. Creates a fun-filled, welcoming experience for guests. Maintains close ties with guests through personal contact by phone and in person. Greets charter arrivals at Atlantic City airport. Greets guests upon check-in/ check-out, in the casino and participates in special events. Anticipates guests’ needs and quickly responds to guests’ requests to arrange transportation and accommodations. Uses sound judgment and makes good decisions in accordance with established comp guidelines. Handles difficult guests and situations in a calm, professional and prudent manner. Fully complies with all applicable rules, regulations, laws, and policies, and conducts themselves with highest levels of integrity and honesty. Other duties as assigned. Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes. Qualifications Education Preferred Some college or better. Experience Preferred Must have a minimum of 2 years Casino Host, National Casino Marketing, or VIP Services experience in a major gaming operation, preferably in Atlantic City. College degree in Marketing, Hotel or Business preferred but not required.
