What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in Medical Surgical setting
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient conditions
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

What We're Looking For

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of one year recent Med/Surg experience preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS preferred depending on assignment
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Active Alabama RN License or Compact License
