P osition Summary:

We are seeking skilled and customer-focused Residential HVAC Technicians to join our Durham team. The successful candidate will install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems while delivering exceptional customer service and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, remove, and repair HVAC parts and systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC equipment efficiently.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates.
• Educate customers on HVAC systems, components, and solutions.
• Perform routine system maintenance.
• Mentor and train junior team members.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
• Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and safety regulations.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.

Ideal Candidate:

• EPA Certification or willingness to obtain certification immediately.
• Strong relationship-building skills based on teamwork, trust, and respect.
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and stay current with the latest HVAC technologies.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, on ladders, and outdoors.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
• Valid driver’s license with a recent DMV Safe Driving Record.
