Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Experience Representative to join our client's team in Brooklyn, NY. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity that serves as a vital link between our client's customers, internal teams, and warehouse operations. salary: $22 - $24 per hour shift: First work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Order Management:

Accurately update and manage customer orders within our internal systems Communication:

Act as a primary point of contact to address customer queries, provide updates on order status, and resolve concerns Warehouse Coordination:

Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment System Utilization:

Use SAP and Microsoft Suite (specifically Excel) to track data and maintain operational flow
