Requirements
- OR & WA RN licensure required (pending licenses accepted)
- BCLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year skilled home health RN experience
- OASIS and EPIC (Home Health) experience required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a home health setting to adult and geriatric populations.
- Conduct assessments and manage patient care plans, including admission/start of care, routine visits, recertification, resumption of care, and discharge.
- Perform wound care and wound vac management, as well as PICC line care, G-tube, ostomy, and catheter care.
- Administer medications and perform medication assessments (IM, IV infusions, subcutaneous).
- Monitor and manage infection control and pain assessment.

Compliance / Notes
- Orientation: 40 hours.
- Dress code: Business casual or scrubs (no jeans).
- Free parking available.
- Facility may call off up to one shift per pay period.
- Confirm with hiring manager regarding RTO and other restrictions.
