HiFyve is hiring a High-Speed Bottling Maintenance Technician in Columbia, MO!
Pay: $35.00 – $45.00/hour (depending on experience)
Shift: Night Shift, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, 2-2-3 rotating schedule
Location: Columbia, MO
Benefits: Full benefits package
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with high-speed bottling experience to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing high-speed bottling and packaging equipment to ensure maximum uptime and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on bottling lines and related equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Support production teams to minimize downtime and maintain quality standards
- Utilize CMMS to track work orders, parts usage, and maintenance history
- Follow all safety, GMP, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability projects
Requirements:
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (beverage or food production preferred)
- Hands-on experience with high-speed bottling or packaging equipment
- Strong skills in mechanical, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications preferred
