Achieving sales targets and performance metrics. Educating customers on products, building rapport, and fostering lasting relationships. Maintaining store standards, including visual merchandising, deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures. Managing cash and adhering to all security, health & safety, and stock accuracy policies. Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data. Required Skills & Qualifications Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays. Retail sales experience preferred but not required. Passion for brand lifestyles. Excellent communication skills. Positive and professional attitude. Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment.
