Resident AssistantThe Resident Assistant (RA) is an entry-level position providing hands-on support to individuals with intellectual disabilities in an ICF/MR setting. Working under the supervision of licensed nurses and trained staff, the RA promotes independence, skill development, and quality of life for the people served.
