About Us Senior PsychCare provides collaborative behavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities. Our multidisciplinary teams include Board-Certified Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Licensed Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. Responsibilities Conduct cognitive and emotional assessments to set and manage treatment plans. Manage psychotropic medication and gradual dose reductions. Collaborate with nursing home staff and SPC’s behavioral health team. Participate in treatment team meetings (in-person and virtual). Deliver care both in-person and via telehealth when appropriate.
