Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ER RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department. This full-time role involves night and mid-shift coverage, ensuring timely and effective treatment for diverse patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions promptly and accurately to determine priority levels.
• Administer emergency treatments and medications in accordance with protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes with appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document patient care activities thoroughly and maintain accurate records.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nurse license in the State of Washington or a Multi-State license.
• Possess American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification.
• Maintain current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Have completed Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or an equivalent education program.
• Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC).
