Westerly en Shell Beach es un restaurante costero de servicio completo que ofrece desayuno, almuerzo y cena. Estamos buscando Cocineros de Lnea PM confiables y motivados que se enorgullezcan de su trabajo y puedan desempearse consistentemente en un ambiente dinmico de servicio nocturno.
Los Cocineros de Lnea PM son responsables de ejecutar el servicio de cena con consistencia, mantener estaciones organizadas y apoyar las operaciones generales de la cocina durante periodos de alto volumen. Este puesto requiere gran atencin al detalle, buena comunicacin y la capacidad de trabajar eficientemente bajo presin.
Brindamos cobertura total para la certificacin requerida de Food Handler. El tiempo de capacitacin y los costos de certificacin estn cubiertos de acuerdo con la poltica de la empresa y los requisitos de California.
Responsabilidades
- Preparar y abastecer estaciones para el servicio nocturno
- Preparar y cocinar los platillos del men segn los estndares de la empresa
- Ejecutar platillos con consistencia, precisin y el tiempo adecuado durante el servicio
- Mantener la organizacin y limpieza de la estacin asignada
- Comunicarse con el equipo de cocina para asegurar un servicio fluido y eficiente
- Monitorear la calidad, temperatura y presentacin de los alimentos
- Ayudar con tareas de preparacin y cierre segn sea necesario
- Seguir todas las normas de seguridad alimentaria y saneamiento
- Apoyarse a los miembros del equipo para mantener una cocina altamente funcional

Requirements
- Experiencia previa como cocinero de lnea preferida
- Experiencia trabajando en una cocina dinmica o de alto volumen
- Conocimiento de tcnicas de cocina como parrilla, salteado y rostizado
- Capacidad para seguir recetas y ejecutar consistentemente
