What You'll Do
- Build, maintain, and improve financial models that support plant operations and business strategy
- Analyze financial, operational, and budget data to help leadership make informed decisions
- Prepare reports and presentations for plant management and ownership groups
- Learn the business from the inside out, including plant operations, maintenance, projects, and budgeting
- Partner with internal teams to identify process improvements and financial solutions
- Present financial strategies and business recommendations to stakeholders
- Help strengthen relationships between plant leadership and ownership through accurate reporting and communication
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience preferred (recent graduates with exceptional internships or relevant experience are encouraged to apply)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with financial modeling and data analysis
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Someone who enjoys learning complex operations-not just analyzing numbers
- Comfortable presenting information to executive leadership and diverse stakeholder groups
- Self-motivated, analytical, and eager to grow
- Dual degree or coursework in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
- Experience working with budgets, forecasting, or operational analytics
- Background in manufacturing, industrial operations, utilities, engineering, or energy is a plus
- $70,000-$80,000 base salary
- 12% Short-Term Incentive Bonus
