An exciting opportunity awaits a BE/BC Anesthesiologist to join a thriving physician-owned private practice near Indianapolis, Indiana. The group includes 12 physicians and 4 CRNAs and covers a wide variety of cases: General, Bariatric, Orthopedic, Robotic, Urology, Endo GI, Bronchoscopy, Vascular, Pediatric Dental, Cath Lab, and OB-GYN. Single Specialty Group Employee w/ Partnership, Outpatient with call.  M-F, no weekends.  Assigned Call with 1:6 Call Ratio.  Competitive Annual Salary.  Loan Forgiveness available.  Signing Bonus available, contact us for details.  Relocation Bonus available.  CME money available.  Up to 8 weeks of PTO available.  EPIC in use for EMR.  a mix of your own cases and supervision of nurse anesthetists are available .  potential partnership option after 1 year .  physicians own the practice as equal partners and our operation is fair and equal..  A base salary with $25k bonus paid monthly .  401k & profit sharing.  currently 5 physicians who do only Cardiovascular (CV) cases..  Full partnership is achieved in an eighteen-month timeframe..
