- Provide mobility assistance to residents as needed, including helping them move around the facility or outside for appointments or activities.
- Monitor and record changes in residents' health, behavior, and overall welfare, and report observations to nursing staff.
- Implement individual care plans, ensuring residents receive personalized care tailored to their needs.
- Engage with residents in recreational and social activities to promote mental stimulation and overall happiness.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary, while respecting individual dietary requirements and preferences.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment for all residents.
- Support residents with medication reminders and supervise them to ensure compliance with medication protocols.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare setting is preferred, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with the elderly or individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to handle physical demands, such as lifting or assisting residents with mobility needs.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is an advantage.
