Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all spa operations including treatment services, retail, and guest relations to ensure high standards of quality and service.
• Recruit, train, and manage spa staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase spa revenue and client base.
• Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory control to maximize profitability.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and spa industry standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience and promote spa services.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Stay current with industry trends and innovations to keep the spa competitive and appealing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in spa management or a related leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services, and retail operations.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with budgeting, financial management, and sales forecasting.
