The Opportunity This is a high-income sales role for someone who is genuinely motivated by uncapped earning potential and building their own book of business. You'll be out in the field - knocking doors, building relationships with homeowners, and guiding them through the roofing and insurance restoration process from inspection to project completion. Shamrock provides the brand, systems, training, and back-end operational support. You bring the hustle. This is not a desk job. - Generate your own leads through door-to-door canvassing, storm outreach, referrals, and community networking
- Conduct roof, gutter, and siding inspections and document damage accurately
- Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, insurance claims processes, and Shamrock's services
- Prepare and present project proposals, close sales, and collect signed contracts
- Manage projects from contract signing through completion, serving as the homeowner's primary point of contact
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire project lifecycle to drive referrals and repeat business
- Uncapped commission structure - your income is determined by your effort and results
- Average earnings of $70,000-$150,000+ annually; top performers earn $200,000+
- Training pay opportunities up to $5,000 through bonuses and commissions during onboarding
- Comprehensive training program - no roofing experience required, but sales experience is a plus
- Strong back-end operational support so you can focus on selling, not logistics

- You've completed Shamrock's training program and closed your first independent sale
- You've established a consistent daily canvassing routine and built a pipeline of active prospects
- You understand the insurance claims process well enough to guide homeowners confidently from inspection to approval
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales and self-directed lead generation - this is the core of the role
- Ability to climb ladders, walk roofs, and lift up to 50 lbs; must not be afraid of heights
- Must be able to transport a ladder in your vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you're representing the Shamrock brand with every homeowner interaction
- Highly motivated, coachable, and disciplined - you set your own schedule and are accountable for your own results
- Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
- Cell phone required
- Prior roofing, construction, or insurance restoration sales experience is a plus but not required
