Job Responsibilities
  • Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and formulate tailored therapy approaches to help them achieve their functional milestones

  • Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and cohesive care
  • Guide Patients and Caregivers: Educate patients and their families on therapy strategies to encourage sustained progress at home
  • Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring patients stay on the right path
Educational Background
  • A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution is required
  • Ongoing education and advanced certifications are encouraged and supported
Certifications
  • Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
