Registered Nurse IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Job Summary:

Provide specialized nursing care in the IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units within a regional hospital. Deliver high-quality patient care by applying clinical expertise in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in clinical status.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
  
  
• 
  Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in electronic health records.
  
  
• 
  Provide patient education and support to families as needed.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Must have 2+ years of recent Med Surg or stepdown nursing experience.
  
  
• 
  Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in New Hampshire or hold a valid Compact license.
  
  
• 
  Active American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate EPIC electronic medical record experience.
  
  
• 
  Willing to float to different units as needed, including ICU or other specialty areas.
  
  
• 
  Own reliable transportation for facility accessibility.
