Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health issues and formulate tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), that resonate with clients’ experiences.

• Establish therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, monitoring their progress regularly to adapt treatment strategies as needed.

• Offer teletherapy services to clients who prefer virtual interactions or have difficulties accessing in-person appointments due to various reasons.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards, thereby safeguarding client confidentiality.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and integrate emerging best practices into your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics. Your role will involve understanding the unique backgrounds and challenges of each client, tailoring interventions to meet them where they are in their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
