If so, let’s talk.What you’ll doCoordinate end-to-end processing of orders, RFQs, returns, and credits, adhering to company policies and quality standards.Collaborate across teams—sales, credit, inventory control, warehousing, and our fabrication shop—to ensure customer needs are met.Optimize fulfillment by minimizing the number of shipments and associated expenses while meeting delivery requirements.Take ownership of discrepancies in order entry, shipping, or billing and drive resolutions with the right stakeholders.Develop working technical knowledge of products and services to facilitate seamless ordering.Promote current offers and identify complementary add-on items at the point of order to increase sales.Provide proactive status updates and follow-through so customers always know what to expect.Nurture strong service relationships with both customers and suppliers.Complete the prescribed training program and meet competency expectations set by management.Support additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.Must-havesProfessional verbal and written communication skills.Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience.At least 1 year handling multiple priorities under time constraints.Confident with computers; Windows and Microsoft Office familiarity is a plus.Experience with enterprise tools such as JDE and HydraList is preferred.Strong arithmetic capability, including whole numbers, fractions, decimals, and measurements.Ability to interpret blueprints and/or measurements is preferred.How you’ll succeedAccuracy and speed in processing orders and quotes.Effective cross-functional coordination that reduces shipment counts and costs.Proactive problem-solving and clear follow-up communication.Capability to recognize and recommend relevant add-on products. #J-18808-Ljbffr Viking Group
