The YWCA of Western Massachusetts is seeking a Direct Service Advocate for the Springfield Young Parent Program. This full-time role (3pm-11pm) offers a starting wage of $21.00 per hour, with a 37.5 hour per week schedule and non-exempt status. The incumbent will provide support, advocacy, and role modeling to participants in residential programs, emphasizing trauma-informed, family-driven care.
