Technical Product Manager - Enterprise Products Platforms (EPP) Location New York Business Area Product Ref # 10052593 Description & Requirements Bloomberg’s Enterprise Product Platform (EPP) group develops cross-product technologies that support coherence, serviceability and scale. We ensure clients can robustly connect, integrate and develop with Bloomberg’s capabilities so they can establish & ensure the flow of business critical data. What is the role? We are seeking a strong, Technical Product Manager to drive client-centric offerings designed for use across Bloomberg’s Enterprise Products. This role requires the ability to drive feature development and product adoptions; including evangelizing, governance & coordination of development contributions from teams throughout Bloomberg’s organization. We will trust you to: Form partnerships with business lines throughout the Firm, explaining the product value extended through use of our technology, driving adoption and understanding client problems to extend the feature roadmap. Develop and socialize product standards, implementation guidance, and contribution frameworks that help Bloomberg teams efficiently deliver capabilities within the Enterprise Console. Drive governance strategy, communicate product standards and devise evaluation approachesWork directly with Engineering teams to design solutions that provide maximum return on investment, with execution strategies that provide incremental value.Prioritize product features and requirements backlogs compromising both the business needs and technical readinessExecute a comprehensive multi-year product strategy Collaborate with the Implementation, Sales and Account management teams to create compelling product messaging, collateral, and go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growthEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure site effectiveness, load times, track user adoption, and identify areas for improvement You will need to have: 5+ years in a Technical Product Management roleDemonstrable experience in collaborating with UX and Engineering teams producing enterprise-grade user-facing products. Technical fluency in system architectures, programming interfaces and industry connectivity protocols such as FIX, Web API, MQ, SFTP and SWIFT.Ability to assess business processes, perform data analysis and succinctly communicate insights.Confidence in direct communication with internal and external customers to convey information and capture feedback.Ability to influence and align stakeholders in matrixed organizations We would love to see: A background in Capital markets and Financial technologyFamiliarity with the trade lifecycleWeb development or enterprise systems development experienceKnowledge of React and event stream processing via Kafka/Flink.Hands-on experience of product usage analytical tools and business intelligence dashboardsSalary Range = 140,000 - 295,000 USD Annual + Benefits + BonusThe referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting.
