As a Barista/Counter Team Member you will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide our guests with a distinctive bakery and café experience.A Barista/Counter Team Members make approximately $600-800 a week.Duties include, but are not limited to the following functions:Greeting every guest with a warm welcome and providing them with a genuine connectionCoordinating and assisting other team members to meet all guest's needs and support the bakery operationsCrafting espresso beverages and providing exceptional knowledge on all Best Buns itemsWe believe that if we take care of our people, they'll take care of our guests.
