At Rytech Restoration, we're seeking a Lead Restoration Specialist - Water & Fire Damage (WRT Required) who is ready to take the lead on water and fire damage restoration projects. In this role, you'll be trusted to coordinate job site activities, mentor team members, and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Do you have the following required qualifications?

• 2+ years in water/fire restoration
• WRT Certification
• Clean driving record
• Ability and willingness to run jobs independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Availability for on-call rotation (nights, weekends, and holidays)

What you'll do in this Lead Restoration Specialist - Water & Fire Damage (WRT Required) role

In this role, you'll lead water mitigation, fire restoration, and mold remediation projects from start to finish. You'll assess the source and extent of damage, develop an effective restoration approach, and perform tasks such as controlled demolition, structural drying, and equipment setup. You'll also monitor air movers and dehumidifiers, maintain detailed project documentation including photos and moisture readings, and help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Rytech's quality standards while supporting fellow team members in the field.

Location: Florence, SC - Rytech of the Pee Dee
