Strategic Sourcing ManagerPrimary Skills: Employee Benefits Strategic sourcing (advanced), Contract negotiation (advanced), Market research (advanced), RFx execution (intermediate), Data analysis (intermediate) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 14+ Months with possible extension Location: Lehi, UT (Hybrid) Pay Range: $35-$40/hr. on W2This role is responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives for employee benefits and recruiting services. You will partner closely with HR and other teams to optimize supplier relationships and negotiate favorable contracts.
