Job Full Description

Now hiring Production Assistants at a reputable global manufacturer specializing in medical, pharmaceutical, and animal health packaging. If you have prior production or machine operating experience and are looking for a long-term opportunity with growth potential, we want to hear from you!

Pay: $20 per hour

Available Shifts:

1st shift: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production and packaging machinery
Maintain quality and safety standards in a cleanroom manufacturing environment
Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial vehicles (PIVs)
Assist with maintaining proper FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory flow
Support production lines with material staging, setup, and changeovers
Assist operators during printing, slitting, and compounding processes as needed
Perform core cutting and other warehouse support duties
Help with pack-out operations while maintaining quality and productivity standards

Qualifications:

Previous production, manufacturing, or machine operation experience preferred
Demonstrated reliability and strong attendance record
Proven ability to stay with the same employer for 2+ years
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
