Role Overview Full-time (5-days per week) within Monday – Friday No nights or weekends Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings Coverage area includes insert up to Cookeville, Crossville, Sparta, and Celine, Tennessee Compensation and Benefits Estimated compensation range of $66,828 – $78,994 annuallywith no cap on productivity income Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k) Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided Qualifications Active, unrestricted Tennessee license as insert LPC or LMFT LCSW not considered at this time Eligible for independent practice and billing Minimum of 6-months experience needed as a psychotherapist Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred Industry-leading onboarding training program Company issued iPad supporting seamless remote access for enhanced collaboration Developed infrastructure with extensive back office as well as local management support Dental, health, vision, 401k and more Flexible spending account Health savings account Flex time off Professional liability insurance About the City The City of Cookeville, incorporated in 1903, is located 79 miles east of Nashville and 101 miles west of Knoxville at the intersection of I-40 and Highway 111 in the Upper Cumberland Region of Middle Tennessee.
