Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What you’ll bring:

• Valid state licensure and credentials as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings (preferred)
• Familiarity with delivering SLP services within a behavior program or special education context
• Ability to adapt assessments and interventions for a wide range of ages and abilities (Kindergarten through high school students)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, staff, families, and administrators
• Proactive approach to supporting students’ IEP goals and documentation
• Professionalism, flexibility, and a passion for creating positive change

In this role you will:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students within the behavior program, supporting their unique communication needs
• Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and track student progress
• Collaborate with educators, behavioral specialists, and other professionals to support integrated care
• Help design and implement communication supports within the classroom
• Maintain records and contribute to IEP team meetings as needed
