Opportunity Details Optimum is proud to partner with a reputable hospital in Miami, Florida, with an opening for a Medical Director to lead their Structural Heart Disease program. Your specialized expertise will play an instrumental role in helping a leading health system grow its Structural Heart Disease program. About the Position Schedule: Monday-Friday Optional STEMI call coverage, 1:5 or 1:6 rotation Setting: 2-3 days per week in the cath lab, 1.5 days per week in the clinic Current Annual Case Volume: 100 TAVRs, 30 MitraClips, and 50 WATCHMAN Caseload: 90% clinical, 10% administrative Team Structure: 1 other structural heart physician, 9 interventional cardiologists, 1 structural heart fellow, and 3 interventional cardiology fellows Full clinical and subspecialty support EMR: Epic Must have academic experience Must be board-certified Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Generous RVU incentives Leadership stipend Sign-on and relocation assistance Medical malpractice coverage If you are interested, please apply to learn more about this position. #J-18808-Ljbffr Nejm
