Caregiver Position Available In Southeastern Michigan

Responsibilities:

• Companionship to seniors with engaging activities and games
• Helping with daily activities like bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• Preparing snacks and meals to help sustain and satisfy the client throughout your scheduled time with them.
• Encouraging light exercise to keep the client active and physically moving.
• Tidying up the house that keep the home environment neat and enjoyable for the client.
• Transporting the client to nearby appointments or engagements. Take the clients to social activities, doctor's offices, and events in the community or with family and friends.

Requirements:

• Experience – We'd love if you've prior experience but you don't have to. As long as you are willing to learn, we'll train you
• Skills – We're looking for individuals that are compassionate, social, trustworthy and service-minded
• Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we're looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn
• Have or willing to acquire CPR/First Aid certification
• National background check
• A valid driver's license and means of transportation (a reliable car with proof of insurance/registration is preferred)
