Associate Veterinarian Feline Only Practice

Tired of corporate medicine? Ready to spend more time with your patients and less time watching the clock? At The Cat Clinic, we believe good medicine takes time. Our appointments are 30 minutes, our focus is entirely on cats, and our decisions are made here—not in a corporate office. We’re an independently owned, woman-owned, feline-exclusive veterinary hospital and deluxe boarding facility in Costa Mesa, near Newport Beach and Huntington Beach. We’ve built our practice around quality medicine, individualized care, and a supportive team that genuinely cares about the work we do. We’re proud of what we’ve created and are looking for a veterinarian who wants to be part of an independent practice with room to grow, contribute ideas, and help shape its future. And with the beach just minutes away, a lunch break with your toes in the sand isn’t out of the question! Whether you’re looking for a full-time position or something part-time, we’d love to meet you. Why The Cat Clinic? Medicine without the constant rush. Our 30-minute appointments give you time to work through cases, communicate with clients, and practice thoughtful, thorough medicine. Feline medicine is all we do. Join a feline-exclusive hospital with a dedicated clientele, a calm clinical setting, and an opportunity to develop your skills in a specialty you love. A team that has your back. Work alongside a skilled Registered Veterinary Technician and experienced support staff who understand the needs of feline patients. A well-equipped hospital. Our facility includes a full in-house laboratory, digital radiography, dental radiography, and ultrasound. A life outside of work. Enjoy a four-day work week with no weekends. We know there’s more to life than the clinic, and we want our team to have time for it. Independently owned, with room to grow. We’re a small, established practice with a collaborative culture and low staff turnover. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, help shape the future of the practice, and make a meaningful impact as we continue to grow. Modern, paperless workflow.
