We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Manager who can work to ensure systems throughout the company network stay maintained. If you are self-motivated and enjoy a fast-paced and challenging environment, then come grow with us.Typical responsibilities include:Oversees and manages all aspects of building / c-store maintenanceSource / negotiate rate with new service providers (carpentry / plumbing / etc.)Train / build morale / dispatch work to in-house field techniciansSite visits for quality analysis on repairsOversee third-party service technicians, invoice approvalsControl spends and manages budgets for all aspects of maintenanceAssign & follow-up on work orders in the maintenance Service ChannelResponsible for ordering parts / equipment and managing inventoryCompiling list of older equipment for replacementSetup and manage preventive maintenance scheduleCross functional communicationPerforms other duties as required and/or assignedREQUIREMENTS2 Year previous experience supervising field techniciansProficient skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookSolid organization, management and planning skillsWorking knowledge of retail / c-store industry preferredAbility to work 40+ hours a week with rotating on-call schedule for weekends and after hour emergenciesValid driver's license & good driving recordTeam Player and LeaderGood oral and written communication skillsThis position requires 3 days on site at the Hopkinton office and 2 days in the field.Pay Range:Nouria Energy is an equal opportunity employer.
