Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional emergency care in a high-acuity environment. This role involves delivering prompt, compassionate patient treatment and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions quickly and accurately upon arrival.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Document patient information, care plans, and treatment updates meticulously.
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement care strategies.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
• Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to relevant specialists as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license and current state licensure.
• Proven experience in emergency room or acute care settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• BLS/ACLS certification required.
