Warehouse Associate - Material Handler

Our client, a leading manufacturing and warehouse organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Material Handler to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate - Material Handler, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting production and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate - Material Handler

Location: Burnet, TX

Pay Range: $14-$16/ HR.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

• Load, unload, move, and stage raw materials, finished products, and supplies efficiently and safely.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment following safety protocols.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and document discrepancies accurately.
• Prepare outbound shipments by packaging, labeling, and loading trucks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, assist with cycle counts, and physical inventories.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely; willingness to become forklift certified.
• Basic math skills and experience with inventory tracking systems or RF scanners is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
