Principal Accountabilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of outdoor Yards/Hides areas, including routine removal of debris and waste
- Perform housekeeping tasks such as washing down surfaces and assisting with equipment cleaning
- Safely dispose of waste and materials in accordance with facility and environmental guidelines
- Follow safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support operators with basic tasks as needed to maintain efficient operations
- Perform physical labor in outdoor conditions, including lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods
- Assist with maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained work environment
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without Visa Sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Previous Painting or General Labor experience
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, standing, and bending for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Previous forklift experience
