Required Skills & Experience
• \tTrade School/ Apprenticeship completed + High School/GED \n•\tStrong mechanical aptitude and interest in working with equipment, tools, and infrastructure systems.\n•\tAbility to assemble, disassemble, troubleshoot, and inspect mechanical and electrical equipment.\n•\tExperience in maintenance, manufacturing, construction, warehouse, industrial, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or technician environments.\n•\tComfortable using hand tools and power tools.\n•\tAbility to read and follow assembly instructions, work procedures, and basic technical documentation.\n•\tStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.\n•\tAbility to lift, move, and handle equipment safely.\n•\tReliable transportation and ability to work an early morning schedule.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• \tTrade school, vocational training, or technical certification.\n•\tMaintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance, HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical Technician experience.\n•\tExperience working with: \no\tGenerators\no\tElectrical distribution systems\no\tPower Distribution Units (PDUs)\no\tStatic Transfer Switches (STS)\no\tAutomatic Transfer Switches (ATS)\no\tCRAC/CRAH units\no\tCooling and thermal distribution systems\n•\tData center, mission-critical facility, or critical infrastructure experience.\n•\tAbility to read electrical or mechanical drawings.\n•\tEngineering education or engineering-related experience.\n•\tRecent graduate from a technical or trade program.\n•\tExperience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.

Job Description
• \tAssemble and prepare prefabricated data center infrastructure systems in a warehouse environment.\n•\tInspect equipment and verify all parts and components are present and functioning correctly.\n•\tPerform mechanical and electrical validation checks before equipment is shipped to customer sites.\n•\tTroubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary corrections during assembly and testing.\n•\tSupport preventative and corrective maintenance activities on assembled infrastructure systems.\n•\tDisassemble validated systems and prepare them for shipment.\n•\tWork on critical data center infrastructure components including: \no\tGenerators\no\tElectrical distribution equipment\no\tPDUs\no\tSTS and ATS systems\no\tCRAC and CRAH units\no\tThermal distribution systems\n•\tSupport builds involving both: \no\tGrey Space Infrastructure (power distribution, cooling, generators, critical facility systems)\no\tWhite Space Infrastructure (hot aisle containment, rack environments, cooling delivery systems)\n•\tWork on multiple infrastructure builds simultaneously while meeting production and quality deadlines.\n•\tCollaborate with operations leadership and technicians to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.\n\nHourly: 21-23/hr
