Advanced Urgent Care & Occupational Medicine

Advanced Medical Management & Consulting is seeking a Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist to support our urgent care and primary care teams. This hybrid role combines remote recruiting with in-person onboarding. Onsite attendance is required for onboarding, orientation, meetings, job fairs, and other events.

Other tasks can be completed remotely. You’ll source healthcare providers and staff, coordinate interviews, and manage onboarding, background checks, and licensing steps to ensure new hires
