Full-Time Requisition #: FLORE002778 Description Long-Lewis Auto Group is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing for our dealerships and affiliated companies. Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Clerk will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate payroll for a diverse range of employees across multiple businesses. Key Responsibilities: Process and manage payroll for dealerships within the Auto Group and sister companies Maintain accurate payroll records and assist with reporting Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Collaborate with the HR and accounting teams to resolve payroll-related inquiries Ideal Candidate: 3-4 years of payroll experience, ideally in a dealership or large corporate setting Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must Experience with UKG (UltiPro/Kronos) software is a plus HR or Accounting background is a plus, though not required If you’re a proactive and reliable individual with a passion for accuracy, we’d love to hear from you!
