THE POSITION

Location: Hastings, MN (55033) Hours: Every other Sunday 12-hour night shifts. Client Specifics: 15 year old with trach, vent, & g-tube. Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights Night & Weekend Bonus Structure - You choose the shift. We add the boost. Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour

SALARY RANGE

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN , which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
