We’re a family-owned landscaping and snow removal company based in Boonton, NJ, offering reliable landscaping and snow removal jobs to hardworking individuals who want to grow with a team. And with both landscaping and winter snow work available, we help you stay working all year long with the same team, same equipment, and the same respect. We offer residential landscaping services during the spring, summer, and fall — and commercial snow removal during the winter. March–December: We provide weekly lawn maintenance and build new landscapes. Winter: Snow plowing and de-icing for commercial properties only — no residential driveways. You’ll start and end your day at our shop in Boonton, working on jobs within about a 15-mile radius — no long drives or highway chaos, just steady hours close to home. While we occasionally have projects in areas like Maplewood and South Orange (about 40 minutes from our shop in Boonton), most of our work is in the surrounding towns and throughout Northern New Jersey. For this reason, we prefer new employees to be from the Boonton area. What to Expect Each Week Don’t worry if you haven’t done this before. We train good workers and give you the tools you need. Maintenance Crews Start: 7:00 AM Average 40-50 hours/week Rain days made up on Saturday Landscape Construction Crews Start: 8:00 AM 40-50 hours/week Snow & Ice Crews Season: Thanksgiving through March Work Type: On-call during snow events (storm-based, not set hours) Availability: Must be ready for emergency work 24/7 during storms Positions: Drive a Slevin truck or loader Operate your own plow truck as a contractor Shoveling and de-icing crews also needed Pay: Paid one week after each snow event Who It’s For: Open to both current employees and independent contractors. If you’ve got a dependable truck and plow, or want to join a crew for the season, we’ve got work when it snows. In winter, you can plow snow (extra income) or collect unemployment. Drive one of our trucks or your own, or join a shovel crew — either way, you’ll earn extra income when it snows. You’ll Work Near Home Most of our jobs are 15–30 minutes away.
